Provides food assistance to over 250 people through lunch and snack meals. Currently, it operates in precarious conditions—cooking outdoors on dirt ground, without proper equipment or a safe space for food preparation and distribution. Many of the attending families work in informal recycling, and the area lacks access to essential services.

Complete the construction of a new facility to ensure a safe, dignified, and functional space that not only improves the quality of food service but also enables the development of job training workshops, tutoring, and cultural activities—transforming the soup kitchen into a true community hub that fosters personal, educational, and social growth in the neighborhood.
